Our Code of Conduct contains the main values and ethical business principles of the Lindner Group. All companies within the group are obliged to follow the principles in our daily business and in cooperation with our stakeholders.

This Code of Conduct includes the concepts and codes of behaviour that should be followed by the company itself as well as all companies that we work with, building the basis for an ethical and legally compliant business.

The instructions of this Code of Conduct apply without exception to all employees and agents that are engaged with Lindner Prater Ltd across all areas of the business and levels of responsibility.

They also apply to all other persons or companies who in any way are acting in the name of and on behalf of Lindner, equally and without exceptions.

Lindner Prater Ltd prides itself on its culture of clear responsibility, mutual respect and trust. Ethical behaviour and legal compliance are an integral part of our business activities and are a major factor in our success as a business.

Our primary goals are to be a business that demonstrates both the highest standards of quality whilst avoiding risks that endanger the trust of our employees, customers, business partners and the public.

To ensure we maintain these standards we have our own external whistleblowing (iWhistle) compliance notification system. This system is available to both internal and external parties and is available should there be a need to report any possible violations to our business standards and practices. The iWhistle system is a fully encrypted site allowing for confidentiality to be protected and all reports are investigated by the Lindner Group internal audit team.
