We are delighted to have been awarded our second Investors in People Silver Standard, demonstrating our ongoing and continued commitment to realising the potential of our employees.
Investors in People recognises outstanding management, communication, training and development within businesses and organisations; offering accreditation to organisations that positively perform against its criteria and framework.
To obtain the silver standard the assessor worked with staff throughout the company and found that Lindner Prater, through its people, has worked hard to embed its values and behaviours across the business at all levels, recording high levels of trust and understanding of the business ambitions.
