In the heart of East Croydon, the Morello II project is breathing new life into the community. Introducing two grand 25-storey towers and Cherry Orchard Gardens, a striking nine-storey residential structure adding a new dimension to the urban landscape.
Comprising 118 units for shared ownership and social rent, our dedicated team delivered the complete flat roofing with waterproofing finished to the six terraces and 104 balconies on Cherry Orchard Gardens.
The two towers encompass 465 homes and a vibrant community, complete with 18,000 sq ft of retail space, commercial specialities, new public realm, and a direct link to the East Croydon train station.
