Worship Square is a pioneering nine-story commercial project situated in the tech district of Shoreditch, setting a new benchmark for sustainable office spaces.

Spanning 140,000 sq ft, the project offers:

  • 120,000 sq ft of office space across 8 floors,
  • An in-house fitness studio,
  • An 80-seat auditorium and
  • A 9,000 sq ft rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the City of London.

The project integrates innovative sustainable technologies, green roofing, and employee wellbeing features, establishing it as a benchmark of eco-conscious design to cater for the modern working environments.

Described by HB Reavis as "a net zero carbon workspace that’s years ahead of its time," Worship Square’s commitment to sustainability has already been recognised for its achievements, demonstrated by winning the prestigious 'Decarbonisation Project of the Year' at the GRI Club Europe Awards in 2024 where this project faced competition across the Europe landscape. Additionally, it has been shortlisted as a finalist for 'Sustainability Project of the Year' at the 2025 LRWA Awards and is on track to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, an EPC A rating, and WELL Platinum certification.

We were appointed to deliver a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary package spanning 850m² across multiple roof levels. Our team expertly installed intricate leadwork detailing, a semi-intensive green roofing system complete with biodiversity features, hot melt waterproofing and insulation systems and a variety surface finishes, including porcelain decking and textured flag paving, to ensure both functionality and aesthetic appeal, maximising the use of space in an environment where space is a premium.
